Kaigler was born in Huntington, West Virginia and raised with her two sisters by their single mother in S.E., Washington, DC. Rich with first-hand stories featuring celebrities and other influencers. This once shy introvert, Kaigler evolved her brand-building tips and activities as well as a personal brand journal, Forty Dollars and a Brand is designed to help individuals define, develop and market a personal brand that can help them discover and live their awesomeness.

Founded by Kaigler in 2015, MDK Brand Management, LLC helps organizations and individuals define, enhance and market their desired corporate identity, employer brand or personal brand. The company is certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Boston as a minority and woman-owned business enterprise. In addition to managing her company, Kaigler is an adjunct professor – currently at Lasell College in Newton, MA and previously at the University of Massachusetts Boston – and sits on several boards, including the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, SAIL Boston and UMass Boston, where she is a founding member of the Advisory Board for the Sport Leadership and Management undergraduate degree program. Prior to becoming a small business owner, Kaigler held senior leadership roles at Reebok International, adidas Group, Nintendo and Boston Scientific. She began her career in television news as a reporter, anchor, writer and producer. Kaigler says “My work ethic has never been compromised’. From my first day, I have arrived to work energized, committed to doing my best, and ready for anything. I was willing to do the task no one else wanted to do. I ran when others walked. I smiled when others whined. I saw opportunities to learn when others saw obstacles. And I was, and am, never willing to sacrifice my integrity. Ever.

Kaigler is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston and has received numerous awards and honors. She writes personal and corporate branding articles, mentors young professionals and enjoys traveling. Kaigler has a son and daughter and resides in Massachusetts.
